  The Face Planner's skincare has been manufactured in Italy in accordance with the EU’s rigorous, 1% of all profits from The Ultimate Plan to Smart Works, a UK-based charity that encourages women to enter the workforce by helping them plan for interviews through coaching and dressing to be the best version of themselves at a crucial moment in their lives. Free from: parabens, animal-derived ingredients, silicones and their derivatives, Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES) and Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) (sulphate surfactants), mineral oil & waxes (paraffin & paraffin wax) and petrolatum, artificial colours, harmful fragrances, talc, and microplastics (plastic microbeads).

  The ingredients used in The Face Planner products are a combination of naturally occurring and scientifically formulated ingredients that are non-irritating, non-toxic, and highly effective. We do not label our products as ‘organic’, 'natural', or 'clean', as these labels do not have a consistent definition and do not guarantee a product’s safety or effectiveness. We are committed to using the very best ingredients, and being certified ‘organic’, 'natural', and/or ‘clean’ does not always yield the best ingredient.

  PACKAGING EFFORTS 
  The Face Planner is working towards a goal of introducing refillable packaging across all of their products. The caps, lids, and pumps of all of their products are made from post-industrial recycled plastics, which can be recycled. They chose glass bottles and jars for their lower environmental impact, durability, and ease of reuse. Their outer packaging is made in the UK from FSC-accredited cardboard using biodegradable foils. The Face Planner does not include secondary packaging within their plans, as they believe this is wasteful and unnecessary, ultimately ending up in a landfill.

  When choosing the manufacturer, their sustainability credentials were hugely important to The Face Planner. Making the individual product manufacturing phases more energy efficient is as important to them as it is to The Face Planner. Their manufacturer works with a small number of suppliers of excellence to source their ingredients.
