A black spray bottle with a white label that reads "Palermo Violet by Baruti" and "Ambient Fragrance Spray 200 ml / 6.76 fl oz." The bottle is standing on a white surface with a shadow cast to the left. The spray nozzle is facing the left, and it is also black. The bottle is a simple and sleek design with a classic black and white colour scheme. The product is likely a home fragrance spray. The image is well lit, and the background is clean and simple. Baruti Perfumes Ambient Spray Palermo Violet

In this special edition, we bring you the Palermo violet, Viola ucriana (Violaceae). Restricted to the Italian island of Sicily, this plant is an IUCN Critically Endangered species known from only a single population on the slopes of Mt. Pizzuta in the Serra della Pizzuta Nature Reserve. This delicate violet bears yellow flowers with purple striations and is lightly scented. After studying these plants in the wild and in botanic gardens, we reconstruct their scents in our laboratory for your enjoyment.

  • Baruti Perfumes is a cruelty-free brand according to EU standards.

  • Baruti Perfumes materials use various starting materials like petrochemicals (waste material from the purification of gas oil), wood pulp (paper industry waste material), and/or citrus-derived materials (food and beverage waste material).

Fair Price. Baruti Perfumes even released a perfume called NOOUD to mock the greed of many niche brands.

Fair trade. Baruti Perfumes only buy from renowned suppliers and, where possible, directly from the producers so as to assure the producers get a fair price. All ingredients used are of course considered safe by local and international authorities, and Baruti Perfumes follow the legislation of the EU, IFRA, FDA, and Prop 65.

  • Packaging: Baruti perfumes use recyclable materials. Baruti Perfumes have abolished the use of cellophane for a couple of years now to reduce plastic waste, and we deliberately try to keep our packaging as light as possible. So no thick, heavy glass or zamak caps used. These make the products unnecessary heavy, which translates to more fuel consumption when shipping the products to our customers and so unnecessary pollution of the environment.

    Charity/Formula
