Advantages:
It’s a win for our furry friends as it means no animals were harmed or exploited in the making of these products, as well as supporting sustainable practices in the beauty space.

Disadvantages:
The disadvantages of non animal derived ingredients in cosmetics is that the quality of the product can sometimes be compromised, however as the beauty industry has developed at such a rapid rate there are some great vegan options out there.

Final thoughts:
Ultimately, a product without animal derived ingredients is great, and generally we are not going to be compromising on quality.
